is an American director, screenwriter, editor, producer, composer and film distributor. He is best known as the director of erotic films, including the highly-successful “Call Girl Wives” and “Busty Cops: Protect and Serve!” His work in film spanned a more than ten-year period from 1996 to 2006.

After a four-year hiatus that allowed him to pursue other business interests, Whiteacre stepped back behind the cameras in February 2010, when he directed and co-wrote a series of Public Service Announcements aimed at fighting Internet piracy of movies and other content. These PSAs starred adult performers Lisa Ann, Ron Jeremy, Julie Meadows, Kimberly Kane, Kaylani Lei, Alektra Blue, Charlie Laine, Joanna Angel, Sinnamon Love and Nicki Hunter, as well as directors Axel Braun, Cousin Stevie, and Will Ryder. The first spot, entitled the FSC All-Star Anti-Piracy PSA, featured a cast of 13 adult film luminaries, while the second, the FSC "Turn A Frown Upside-Down" PSA, was a solo tour-de-force for Charlie Laine.

His interest in activist filmmaking continued and in October 2010, he created a Public Service Announcement extremely critical of AIDS Healthcare Foundation president Michael Weinstein entitled, “AHF: Follow The Money.”

An only child, Whiteacre was born in Brooklyn but raised in The Bronx, and attended the Bronx High School of Science, graduating in 1985. He later earned a BA from New York University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law, before moving to Los Angeles in the mid-1990s.

Whiteacre, who took his screen name from Dean Martin's character in the film, “The Young Lions,” is also known to direct while wearing a large sombrero.

The documentary-style exposé tells the story of anti-pornography crusader Shelley Lubben, founder of the Pink Cross Foundation and self-styled “Rebel Prophet,” who claims to have counseled “thousands” of adult film performers to exit the adult entertainment industry by encouraging them to become born-again Christians and join her group of disciples. But is godliness the real motivation behind Lubben’s efforts? And has she ascended to her own lofty visions of being God’s anointed porn prophet?

This made-for-YouTube series of videos was created using New Media techniques, with the spirit of guerilla-style activism as fuel for its fire. Footage captured from online sites and blogs, as well as interviews taped with handheld cameras, Flip™ cameras and even an iPhone were edited on a Mac laptop to tell this compelling story.

Whiteacre interviews active porn stars, as well as former performers that knew Lubben when her working name was “Roxy” – and Whiteacre interviews Lubben herself, after a chance run-in on the Sunset Strip. You’ve seen parts one and two… parts three and four are in post-production and will be coming soon. Eventually, Whiteacre plans to develop the project into a feature-length format.

None of the performers, personalities or filmmakers involved in this project were paid. They simply desired to offer their recollections and express their opinions of Lubben, and others like her, who see the adult industry as an easy target for conservative derision and moralist persecution.
